Questions about pricing

Can I turn modules on and off whenever I like?

Yes, from Settings › Modules. Whatever you don’t use, you switch off.

Who counts as a person?

Anyone active in your business that month. People who leave stop counting.

Do prices include VAT?

No, VAT is added on the invoice.

What if I pay yearly?

It’s the same twelve months in a single charge.

Does the AI cost extra?

Not the AI inside the modules: reading invoices, payslips, delivery notes or recipes is included in their price. The chat agents are pay as you go, with €5 a month included and a spending limit you set in Settings › Subscription.

Why doesn’t the Roaster have a price?

It’s turned on by request, because your roaster has to be connected. We’ll give you a price when we talk.
