Questions

Is recording working time mandatory?

In Spain, yes. A daily record of working time has been mandatory since 2019 and must be kept for four years.

Do I need to buy a device?

No. Each person’s phone, any tablet as a kiosk or the computer will do.

Can I start with just Time tracking?

Yes: the core and Time tracking. Shifts, Time off or Payroll can be added later, with the clocked hours already in.
